1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.course-me.com and your purchase or use of online courses offered under the Course Me brand by course me portal (“Course Me”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the website or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please read them before purchasing.

2. The course

Course Me offers prerecorded mobile photography training. The course description, language, included lessons, any quizzes or additional materials, price, and access period will be stated on the relevant sales page or checkout before purchase.

We will aim to provide the course substantially as described. We do not promise any particular business result, income or audience growth.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority, you should only purchase or use the course with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where required.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and taking reasonable steps to protect your login details. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Prices and payments

The applicable price and available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed where required. Payments are processed through Kajabi’s checkout and its connected payment provider(s).

You authorise the payment method you select to be charged for the amount displayed at checkout. A purchase is not complete until the payment is accepted.

5. Course access

Access is provided for the fixed period stated on the relevant sales page or checkout. The access period must be specified before this policy is published and before customers purchase.

Unless the sales page states otherwise, course access is for the individual purchaser and is not transferable. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, serious breach of these Terms, or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.

We may make reasonable updates to course materials or the platform. We will not use this clause to remove a material part of the product customers paid for without an appropriate remedy where required by law.

6. Permitted use and intellectual property

Course videos, text, graphics, lesson materials, branding, and other course content are owned by or licensed to Course Me and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

After purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course for your own learning during the stated access period.

You must not, unless we have given written permission or applicable law allows it:

• Copy, record, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or publicly display course content.

• Share your login or provide access to people who have not purchased the course.

• Upload course materials to public websites or file-sharing services.

• Circumvent platform security or use the course for unlawful purposes.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or course, attempt to access another customer’s account, interfere with platform security, or use our services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law requires specific consent before immediate access to digital content and acknowledgment of the consequences for withdrawal rights, we will present those choices separately at checkout. Simply accepting these Terms will not be treated as a substitute for any legally required separate consent.

9. Platform and service availability

The course is delivered through an online platform and requires a compatible device, internet access, and suitable software. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times, but we will take reasonable steps to address material technical problems within our control.

Some features may depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, Course Me is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.

You are responsible for deciding whether the course meets your personal learning needs. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have if the course is not supplied as legally required or as described.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the business in the United Arab Emirates, subject to confirmation of the relevant licensing jurisdiction and any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to a customer in their country of residence.

Nothing in this clause removes a consumer’s mandatory right to bring a claim before a court or authority where applicable law gives them that right. The final governing-law and jurisdiction clause should be reviewed once the free-zone authority is confirmed.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when necessary. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued where the law prevents this.

2. الدورة التدريبية

تقدم Course Me تدريبًا مسجلًا مسبقًا في التصوير الفوتوغرافي باستخدام الهاتف المحمول. وسيتم توضيح وصف الدورة ولغتها والدروس المشمولة وأي اختبارات أو مواد إضافية والسعر ومدة الوصول في صفحة البيع أو الدفع ذات الصلة قبل الشراء.

نسعى إلى تقديم الدورة بما يتوافق جوهريًا مع الوصف المعروض. ولا نضمن الوصول إلى مستوى معين من المهارة أو تحقيق نتائج تجارية أو دخل أو زيادة في الجمهور أو أي نتيجة فردية محددة.

3. الأهلية وأمان الحساب

يجب أن تكون مؤهلًا قانونيًا لإبرام اتفاقية الشراء بموجب القوانين المطبقة عليك. وإذا كنت دون سن الرشد، فلا ينبغي لك شراء الدورة أو استخدامها إلا بمشاركة ولي الأمر وموافقته عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك.

أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات حساب صحيحة واتخاذ خطوات معقولة لحماية بيانات تسجيل الدخول. يرجى التواصل معنا إذا اشتبهت في وجود وصول غير مصرح به إلى حسابك.

4. الأسعار والمدفوعات

يُعرض السعر المطبق ووسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الشراء. وستُعرض الضرائب أو الرسوم الإضافية عند الاقتضاء وحيثما يوجب القانون ذلك. وتتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال صفحة الدفع في Kajabi ومزودي الدفع المرتبطين بها.

أنت تفوض وسيلة الدفع التي اخترتها بتحصيل المبلغ المعروض عند الدفع. ولا يُعد الشراء مكتملًا إلا بعد قبول الدفع.

5. الوصول إلى الدورة

يُتاح الوصول للمدة المحددة في صفحة البيع أو الدفع ذات الصلة. يجب تحديد مدة الوصول بوضوح قبل نشر هذه الشروط وقبل شراء العملاء للدورة.

ما لم تنص صفحة البيع على خلاف ذلك، يكون الوصول مخصصًا للمشتري الفردي وغير قابل للتحويل. وقد نعلّق الوصول أو نقيّده عند وجود حاجة معقولة تتعلق بالأمان أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال أو مخالفة جسيمة لهذه الشروط أو الامتثال القانوني، مع مراعاة القانون المطبق.

يجوز لنا إجراء تحديثات معقولة على مواد الدورة أو المنصة. ولا يجيز هذا البند حذف جزء جوهري من المنتج الذي دفع العميل ثمنه دون توفير المعالجة المناسبة عندما يوجب القانون ذلك.

6. الاستخدام المسموح والملكية الفكرية

تعود ملكية مقاطع الفيديو والنصوص والرسومات والمواد التعليمية والعلامات التجارية وغيرها من محتويات الدورة إلى Course Me أو إلى الجهات المرخصة لها، وهي محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المطبقة.

بعد الشراء، تحصل على ترخيص محدود وشخصي وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل للوصول إلى الدورة واستخدامها لأغراض تعلمك الشخصي خلال مدة الوصول المحددة.

ما لم نحصل على موافقة خطية منك أو يسمح القانون بذلك، يُحظر عليك:

• نسخ محتوى الدورة أو تسجيله أو إعادة نشره أو بيعه أو توزيعه أو عرضه علنًا.

• مشاركة بيانات تسجيل الدخول أو إتاحة الدورة لأشخاص لم يشتروا الدورة.

• رفع المواد التعليمية إلى مواقع عامة أو خدمات مشاركة الملفات.

• تجاوز وسائل أمان المنصة أو استخدام الدورة لأغراض غير قانونية.

7. الاستخدام المقبول

يُحظر إساءة استخدام الموقع أو الدورة، أو محاولة الدخول إلى حساب عميل آخر، أو التدخل في أمان المنصة، أو استخدام خدماتنا بطريقة تخالف القانون المطبق أو حقوق الآخرين.

8. الاسترداد وحقوق المستهلك

تُعد سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء جزءًا من هذه الشروط. ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق للمستهلك لا يجوز استبعادها أو تقييدها قانونًا.

عندما يوجب القانون موافقة محددة قبل بدء إتاحة المحتوى الرقمي فورًا، وإقرارًا بالعواقب المترتبة على حقوق الانسحاب، سنعرض هذه الخيارات بصورة منفصلة عند الدفع. ولا يُعتبر مجرد قبول هذه الشروط بديلًا عن أي موافقة منفصلة يوجبها القانون.

9. المنصة وتوافر الخدمة

تُقدم الدورة عبر منصة إلكترونية وتتطلب جهازًا متوافقًا واتصالًا بالإنترنت وبرامج مناسبة. ولا نضمن استمرار الوصول دون انقطاع في جميع الأوقات، لكننا سنتخذ خطوات معقولة لمعالجة المشكلات التقنية الجوهرية الواقعة ضمن نطاق سيطرتنا.

قد تعتمد بعض الميزات على خدمات جهات خارجية. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الخدمات المستقلة التابعة لجهات خارجية إلا بالقدر الذي يوجبه القانون المطبق.

10. المسؤولية

لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية أو تعويض لا يجوز استبعاده أو تقييده قانونًا. ومع مراعاة ذلك، لا تتحمل Course Me المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

أنت مسؤول عن تحديد مدى ملاءمة الدورة لاحتياجاتك التعليمية الشخصية. ولا يحد ذلك من أي حقوق إلزامية قد تتمتع بها إذا لم تُقدم الدورة وفقًا لما يوجبه القانون أو وفقًا للوصف المعروض.

11. الخصوصية

توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية تعاملنا مع المعلومات الشخصية، وينبغي قراءتها بالاقتران مع هذه الشروط.

12. القانون الواجب التطبيق والنزاعات

يُقصد أن تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المطبقة على النشاط التجاري في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، مع مراعاة تأكيد جهة الترخيص المختصة وأي قوانين إلزامية لحماية المستهلك تنطبق على العميل في بلد إقامته.

لا يحرم هذا البند المستهلك من أي حق إلزامي في تقديم مطالبة أمام محكمة أو جهة مختصة إذا كان القانون المطبق يمنحه ذلك الحق. يجب مراجعة الصياغة النهائية للقانون والاختصاص القضائي بعد تأكيد جهة المنطقة الحرة.

13. التعديلات والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة. وستُنشر النسخة المحدثة على موقعنا مع تعديل تاريخ السريان. ولن تهدف التعديلات إلى إلغاء الحقوق المكتسبة عندما يمنع القانون ذلك.
