1. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights

Course Me provides a digital course on mobile photography. After successful payment, customers receive access to the course for 30 days, after which access expires automatically.

Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the laws applicable to your purchase and location. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law allows a cancellation right for digital content to end when the supply of that content begins, Course Me will request your express consent to immediate access and your acknowledgment of the possible loss of that cancellation right, where required by law.

These acknowledgments will be presented separately during checkout where required, and your choice will be recorded. Course Me will provide purchase confirmation and confirmation of your consent where required by applicable law.

Simply purchasing, accessing, or viewing the course does not automatically remove every cancellation, refund, or other legal right you may have.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

1. Your full name.

2. The email address used for your purchase.

3. Your order number or payment reference, if available.

4. A clear explanation of your request, including whether you are requesting cancellation, a refund, or help with a course-access problem.

Please submit your request as soon as reasonably possible. If a legal cancellation period applies, make sure you submit your request within that period. Contacting Course Me does not extend a statutory deadline unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We will review your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, where one applies. If we need additional information to identify your purchase or assess the issue, we may contact you.

Please do not email your password or full payment-card details.

3. Course Access Problems and Content Issues

If you cannot access the course, experience a material technical problem, or believe that the course materially differs from its description, contact [email protected] and explain the issue.

Where appropriate, we may ask for reasonable information to help us investigate. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, a remedy may include restoring access, correcting a technical issue, supplying corrected or conforming content, or providing a refund.

A refund or other remedy will not be refused where it is legally required.

4. Refund Eligibility and Processing

Digital course purchases are generally not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind refund once access has begun, except where applicable law provides otherwise or Course Me expressly agrees otherwise.

This general approach does not remove any mandatory cancellation, refund, conformity, quality, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Where a refund is legally due or approved by Course Me, it will generally be returned to the original payment method, unless applicable law requires otherwise or another method is agreed where permitted. Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.

No refund-processing fee will be charged where prohibited by law.

5. Immediate Access Consent at Checkout

Where required by applicable law, checkout will present a separate consent request before immediate access is provided. This may ask you to:

• Expressly request and consent to access the digital course immediately after purchase, before the end of any applicable cancellation period.

• Acknowledge that, where the law permits, you may lose your right to cancel the digital-content purchase once supply begins.

Where required, this consent will be separate from your general acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Course Me will retain a record of your choice and provide confirmation where required by law.

6. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, waive, or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, waived, or restricted. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to your purchase, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
